Piano service – (no DJ) Starts at $275*

a performance (up to 90 min.) on a piano provided by you or your event premises for your ceremony OR reception.

  • for portable electric piano use/set-up add $75
  • for ceremony & reception dinner piano service add $100
    (2.5 hour max playing time)
  • for ceremony amplification service (up to 3 mics) add $125

DJ service – (no piano) Starts at $795*

DJ/MC service for your entire reception from one indoor set-up location (without “end time” limitations).

  • for ceremony music & / or amplification service (up to 3 mics) add $250
  • for additional sound system set-up add $100
  • all outdoor events add $50

Package #1 – Reception Piano & DJ / Starts at $895*

a performance on a piano provided by you or your event premises for your reception dinner (1.5 hour max) and DJ/MC service for your entire reception (cocktail hour & dance) from one indoor set-up location (without “end time” limitations).

  • for ceremony DJ service & / or amplification service (up to 3 mics) add $200
  • for each additional sound system set-up add $100
  • for portable electric piano use add $75
  • all outdoor events add $50

Package #2 – Ceremony Piano + Reception DJ / Starts at $1050*

a performance on a piano provided by you or your event premises for your wedding ceremony and DJ/MC service for your entire reception from one indoor set-up location (without “end time” limitations).

  • for ceremony amplification service using main sound system (up to 3 mics) add $75
  • for each additional sound system set-up add $125
  • for portable electric piano use add $75
  • all outdoor events add $50

Package #3 – Ceremony Piano + Dinner Piano + Reception DJ, Starts at $1195*

a performance on a piano provided by you or your event premises for your wedding ceremony and reception dinner (2 hour total max playing time), and DJ/MC service for your entire reception from one indoor set-up location (without “end time” limitations).

  • for ceremony amplification service using main sound system (up to 3 mics) add $75
  • for each additional sound system set-up add $125
  • for portable electric piano use add $75
    (portable piano cannot be re-located mid-event)
  • all outdoor events add $50
  • * also subject to additional charges stated below

***The following circumstances all incur additional charges (contact Joe for estimates)

  • Events located more than 30 miles from Sedona, AZ
  • Receptions requiring multiple room service (cocktail hour music in one room, dinner/dancing in another)
  • Events requiring “multi-location” setup (ceremony and reception at completely different locations)
  • Ceremony amplification service requiring more than 2 microphones
  • Set-ups requiring remote parking, stairways and extended equipment carrying distances
  • Events on holidays such as Valentines Day, July 4th, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve/Day, & New Year’s Eve/Day

All event prices include one weekday preparatory meeting (in addition to free consultation) with clients or appropriate parties scheduled at least one week in advance within 30 miles of Sedona, AZ.  It is often ideal to save this meeting for a time just before the event, usually within two weeks, when the bulk of your planning has been done!

In order to secure Joe’s services, a signed contract and a $300 non-refundable deposit are required. Debit/credit card payments are taken via phone or Paypal services.
